My project
For my senior project I will be working with a fitness trainer which will be my mentor on a series of things. My mentor Jessica and I will be making a meal plan and meeting up during the week to work out, but she will also be giving me home work. The homework would be me working out at home or going shopping for the proper foods to keep my body balanced.
My goal
My goal is to lose weight and to gain more muscle to keep myself in better shape.
To acheive this goal I will be consistantly working out, eating better, drinking more water and changing my sleep habits.Throughout this project I will recording my weight, eating, sleep, water intake and what work outs I did.
